The office was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The check in process was easy. All staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The woman who took xrays was very easy to work with. She took several pictures. The dentist chair was comfortable. The dentist seemed nice and professional. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the dentist. I wanted her to acknowledge a certain problem that I was having. I don't think that she examined it well enough. From my very first phone call and subsequent visit to this office, I have found everyone to be pleasant, informative and very professional. They have taken great care to ease my anxiety as I go through my dental care. You feel an atmosphere of peace as you walk through the door. I stopped going to the dentist for quite some time, due to bad experience after bad experience. I have to say, I've never been to a dentist like this one. The staff, amazing... the Dr. is absolutely amazing. I just had my 3rd visit today, and I'm just so happy that I was referred to this office. It's an absolute relief to have my mouth worked on, without any pain. I absolutely recommend this Dr. And office!
Dr. Coever and her staff are amazing! I am pleased to have found a dental team that is professional, attentive and courteous in a warm, friendly environment. Dr. Coever has excellent bedside manner and she genuinely cares. My only regret is not finding her sooner. I highly recommend Crosspointe Dental.
All I have to say is they DO NOT have to worry about seeing me no more ! When I first arrived they took me straight to the back they didn’t introduce themselves or ask for my DOB! For me working in medical field myself. That’s the very first thing you should ask your patients before starting a procedure on a them (patient identifier) . On top of that the Dentist who was working on my teeth he ain’t even introduced himself he just started on the procedure.
