I had a busted water pipe in my exterior brick wall. Tom and Darrin did an excellent job finding the leak and repairing. They also replaced my water heater and fixed a leaky toilet. I can not recommend them enough. Tom answered all of my questions and came with amazing knowledge and experience.
Have used them several time. Recently responded to an emergency very quickly, diagnosed the issue and corrected the issue. Would highly recomment Pro-Service Plumbing.
Tom and his team were great! We had a leak just before we closed on our house and just before a holiday weekend. He responded to us quickly and they worked hard to help us with our deadline! It was easy to get in touch with Tom and we will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs! Definitely an honest and reliable choice.
Tom was very professional and honest and he and his associate Pasquale did a great job replacing one of our old tank water heaters with a very nice tankless unit I’ve been wanting for a while. It’s working great! They also replaced a second, old tank heater with a new one. I really liked Tom’s communication by keeping me updated of when he was arriving and how the process was going and walking me through what he had done. Fantastic experience. Cannot say enough Good things about this company. Called when I couldn’t turn my shower off and Tom came out on a holiday to fix a broken shower valve. Thoughtful, courteous, and more than willing to go the extra mile. Tom fixed some of the pressure concerns after replacing the shower and left everything in better condition than it was when I bought the house.
